Wild garlic


About 1.5 dl


  • 50g pine nuts
  • 15 leaves of wild garlic
  • 70g parmesan cheese
  • 1 dl The Spice Tree wild garlic olive oil
  • salt, pepper



1. Roast the pine nuts in a dry pan so they get a nice color.

2. Roughly chop the wild garlic leaves and cheese and place in a blender.

3. Turn on the oil and run to a grainy batter.

4. If necessary, dilute with more oil if it is dry.

5. Use salt and blackpepper.
